Temperance Hall Building is a boutique retail building on historic Georgia Avenue that LaKritz | Adler restored and expanded in 2005. The project originated when LaKritz | Adler answered community calls for a "sit-down" restaurant along Georgia Avenue. LaKritz | Adler joined with acclaimed D.C. restaurateur Joe Englert to open the Temperance Hall restaurant, a 1920's themed restaurant/bar. Other Temperance Hall Building retail tenants include Yoga House, Washington, D.C. s newest Yoga and meditation center, run by experienced Yoga instructor Elizabeth Greathouse (www.yogahouse.org).
