The Galvin is a boutique five-unit condominium project in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C. developed by LaKritz Adler in 2004. LaKritz Adler converted this historic row house into five modern luxury residences while maintaining and enhancing the 19th Century façade.  The Galvin boasts elegant design choices, hand-crafted materials and architectural steel throughout.
